Do you charge a fee for advice or reviews?
No. Our advisory and policy reviews are free — we're compensated by the insurer when you buy or renew a policy through us. You'll never be pushed toward the most expensive plan.
Can you help when a claim is filed?
Yes. Shaju personally coordinates with the insurer during a claim — from documentation to cashless approvals at the hospital. You won't be routed to a call centre.
I already have a policy elsewhere. Can you review it?
Absolutely. Share your existing policy document and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth continuing, topping up, or switching — with no obligation to change.
How do renewals work?
We track every renewal date and remind you well in advance, collect documents, and re-check whether your cover still fits your family. Annual policy reviews are included.
